Oregard

My name is Fredrik Oregård, born 1991, is an artist and lives in Sweden.

(Attn. I will inform that I have some kind of dyslexia, so you might notice problems with the documentations formulation and my english is not perfect).

I have been interested in Art seen I was 4 years old. Of course I couldn't paint in oil or draw good as I can do today, but it was the start for observing all things and object around me. Later when i was 10 years old I made my decision to become an artist. I was so curios what art are, so then I started to read in some books and seen much to documentaries on television for example Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci and even the Swedish watercolorist Carl Larsson from later 19th century. I didn't read actually so many books about the persons, but more in the art itself. I just observed simple objects and try to depict the object on paper with my pencil. And it has just going forward. I do not just paint and drawing, later in my life I have even been more interested in games, movies,theater, music, building my own homemade props for suits. These props is not made in good material, but when you cant afford something better you just take what you have. So they are more to look at then to touch it. I really like, no more love and passion to create things, objects and results from my fantasy and make it real from a idea. When I get my inspiration from everything around . I'm very interested conceptart(drawing characters and more).

Beside all that I had many exhibitions and repeat times have publish some of mine illustrations in newspapers, for example Dagens Nyheter(One of Sweden's most popular newspapers).

For they who is curious, when I make digital draws and creations I use for the most Photoshop and GIMP.
